At Brighter Way Baptist Church, we believe our youth are not just the church of tomorrow, but the church of today. The S.H.I.N.E. Youth Ministry is dedicated to helping children and teens grow in Christ, discover their purpose, and shine brightly in their homes, schools, and community.
Through worship, service, and fellowship, our young people learn to live boldly for Jesus while building strong relationships with God and one another.
Our Age Groups
We meet every child where they are, with age appropriate learning, worship, and service.
Sprouts (Ages 2 - 5)
Beginning their journey of faith through songs, Bible stories, and creative play.
Stars (Ages 6 - 12)
Growing in God's Word while shining through worship, service, and fellowship.
Shepherds (Ages 13 - 17)
Preparing to lead, mentor, and serve as young disciples and ambassadors for Christ.
Youth Sunday - Every 4th Sunday
Every 4th Sunday, our youth take center stage to lead the congregation in worship, prayer, scripture, music, and creative arts. Youth Sunday is more than a service; it is a celebration of the next generation rising up to glorify God.
